Optin Page Makeover Check List
I just got done watching one of the pre-launch videos for Affiliate Classroom.
It continues to amaze me how much real usable education you can get these days out of pre-launch content.
These guys are doing a complete case study on the “Opt-in Page Business Model” in that video. I went ahead and mapped it out into a “Process Map” for creating a high-converting squeeze page.
Now, if you think about it – what they did was take a web site that was run by one of their TEAM MEMBERS. Meaning you would expect that she knew what she was doing when she was putting up her web site.
You’d be surprised!
Here is my take-away on that one; If “industry insiders” don’t even know how to do this stuff right – how many other people are out there who don’t know? Who YOU could teach?
And I’m not saying you should get into the business of teaching people how to do internet marketing. There are other applications of this knowledge, too.
Here is my TOP 5 list (in no particular order):
- Apply the internet marketing knowledge to your local business world. You can crate profit pulling web sites for local businesses. Easy to dominate your market with local keywords in almost any “brick-and-mortar” niche. You can do this for a fee, or as a “contingency consultant” as Jay Abraham would call you
- Apply this knowledge to the company you currently work for (assuming you have a JOB). Show your boss that you can single-handedly boost revenue and profitability. You can do this for a raise or profit share contingency (learned that from Jay, too.)
- Of course you can do it for affiliate products. (I just found a great new way to turn any affiliate page into an instant lead capture page so you can build your own list more efficiently without having your own product.
- And you can do it for your own products no less…
- And how about creating a cool lead capture page to attract and convert JV partners to help you promote?
Proof that you’re human! No, not with a captcha… Leave a comment on this blog post and I’ll send you a copy of the process map!
Take care,
Thomas
