It’s fun doing real estate deals in the California “foreclosure market”!
You get to enjoy warm “late summer” days in December – and make lots of money with fantastic buying opportunities every day!
So, here is another great wholesale deal where I leave BY FAR most of the equity on the table for you!
Comparable properties in the area are going for over $800,000 – and they aren’t even real “comps”, because this property is on a double lot, and there just aren’t any comps out there for that…
So we have to make due with what we got – comps with SMALLER LOTS, SMALLER square footage, and FEWER UNITS.
